Another project we were delighted to be involved with was this fibre optic installation for a large office in Nuneaton
The project involved the installation of 6, 24 Core OM3 cables; a multimode fibre that supports high-speed data transmission and is optimized for laser-based equipment.
We also joined individual cables together through splicing and, with 6, 24 Core cables, we undertook a total of 288 splices.
This was all tested thoroughly before being commissioned using a Fluke Networks device called CertiFiber, which is designed for certifying and verifying the performance of fibre optic networks to ensure they meet standards and specifications.
